Position Summary:
Carboline is seeking a Warehouse Associate at our location in Berkley, MO. This person will be responsible for supporting production efforts through a variety of tasks to help reach service center goals and minimize turn around time, while maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
Ability to perform simple math and mathematical conversions. Ability to operate digital and balance beam scales. Must pass forklift certification and comply with all company safety policies. Steel-toed foot ware and safety glasses are required at all times in productions areas. Other personal protective and safety related equipment as outlined in Carbolines
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to lift 70 pounds. Must be physically and medically capable of wearing ½ face respirator and dust mask. Standing/kneeling/walking/sitting on concrete for approximately. Operating fork-lift approximately
Essential Functions:
Fills cans/containers/totes/drums with product to certain weights. Labels all cans/containers. Box all products in accurate containers with accurate labels to be shipped to customers/warehouse. Complete First Piece Inspection Forms. Clean vessels/tanks using appropriate PPE. Store waste drums on 48-inch pallets and keeps pallets free of spills.

Fill completed batches into appropriate containers or onto tanker for shipping purposes, following appropriate procedures for different fill-off methods as indicated on batch ticket. Seal and apply appropriate labeling to containers as indicated on batch tickets. Move finished goods to finished goods warehouse for shipping.
PRINCIPLE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
Locate appropriate vat to be filled off per batch ticket instructions Pre-mix material in vat before filling Locate appropriate materials (containers, strainers, equipment, etc.) used for filling, as indicated by batch ticket, and in fill-off manuals Always bond and ground containers before filling Obtain retain per instructions in fill-off procedures. Labels retain as directed by QC department Complete fill-off procedure Clean vat and equipment using appropriate cleaning solution indicated on batch ticket Make proper notations on batch ticket regarding fill-off Apply appropriate labeling as instructed on batch ticket Move finished goods to warehouse if necessary Maintain neat and orderly work area

The Dispenser Service Technician (DST) position's primary function is the installation and maintenance of Euclid Chemical concrete admixture dispensing equipment. This position is also responsible for calling on current admixture customers routinely, offering them DST services. Services include air checks, checking operation of dispensing equipment, and assisting with job service. The DST position covers a respective territory however they position may also be required to travel into other select territories upon request. Our current opening is for our Southern California Territory.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for all dispenser equipment in the field. Ability to visit and evaluate a plant to order the proper dispenser equipment needed to do the job right (such as conduit for electrical, hose lengths, position of dispenser, etc.) Install the dispenser equipment and help assist the customer in matching our dispenser to their plant (such as counts, added products, etc.). When the install is complete tech is responsible to clean up any mess that was created during the visit. Will be responsible to pick up any equipment in the field that needs to be removed, and returned to a Euclid facility. Responsible to wash out any tanks immediately upon being returned at the Euclid Chemical plant with the guidance of the plant manager on the waste product. Willingness and ability to restore any used equipment that can be reused. Will be required to do paperwork (such as DOT Certifications, Expense Reports, Daily or Weekly Reports, etc.) The DOT Certifications will be done professionally on Euclid Letterhead and handed to the customer. May be asked to transfer safe amounts of material from location to location (such as raw materials for concrete testing, admixture, fiber, etc.). Required to order equipment and install that equipment at the designated customer location and maintain that equipment after installation. Perform preventative maintenance on the equipment when needed. Assist in state inspections where necessary. Respond to customer issues with those dispensers when needed. Assure that their truck is properly equipped with the necessary parts to fix or repair the equipment.

Travel up to 50% of the time. Must be willing to spend the night out of town when required. Flexible schedule. This includes early mornings, late nights and weekends as needed.
