As a Clinical Negligence Paralegal, you will:
Assist in managing a caseload of high-value clinical negligence claims, working closely with senior members of the team.
Conduct legal research, gather and review evidence, and assist in drafting documents including letters, pleadings and court forms.
Communicate with clients, experts, medical professionals and other stakeholders to obtain information and updates.
Assist with the preparation and submission of claims to relevant bodies.
