You will be responsible in handling a mixed residential conveyancing caseload, mainly consisting of sale and purchase, both freehold and leasehold files, transfer of equity, auction and remortgage cases. You will work closely with a conveyancing assistant.
The candidate
The firm are looking for an experienced conveyancer to join their residential property team, you will be confident in handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from start to finish, predominately sale, purchase, freehold and leasehold files.
