Estate Cleaner

Service Care Construction are currently recruiting on behalf of a local authority who have a Vacancy for an Estate Cleaner working out of Cardiff.

This vacancy will initially be till Early November!

A Full UK Driving License is essential for this position as the Cleaner will be provided access to a Van.

This is a 37 hours full time position and the duties will include:

Cleaning of communal areas, properties and gardens utilising appropriate equipment Removing small dumped items and bin bags to the collection area. Reporting large items for bulk removal. Sweeping, vacuuming, washing floors, walls, ceilings, doors and other fixtures and fittings along with litter picking, and carpet cleaning to residential communal areas. Reporting repairs and ensure that if asbestos has been disturbed, is reported to Supervisor in timely manner
