I am working with a high-end flexible workspace business, who are on the hunt for an experienced Sales Director to drive occupancy and revenue growth. This role involves leading a sales team, developing strategies, building client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute sales strategies to increase occupancy and revenueLead and mentor the sales team to meet targetsBuild and manage relationships with clients, partners, and brokersIdentify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the customer baseMonitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needsCollaborate with marketing and operations teams to optimize customer experiencePrepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior leadership

Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Sales Director or similar senior sales roleBackground of working within the flexible workspace, commercial real estate, or luxury hospitality sectorsStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage a sales teamExcellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilitiesStrategic mindset with a focus on results and achieving sales targetsExperience in business development and expanding client portfoliosKnowledge of the flexible workspace industry is highly desirable
