The Role

We are a family run West Midlands facilities management company with contracts from Manchester and down into London. We have been established for 10 years and offer a wide range of services including Air Conditioning, Commercial Gas, Electrical and Refrigeration services to Hotels, Schools, Colleges, Restaurants, and Colleges. We are currently looking for a skilled professional Air Conditioning Engineer to join our team and contribute to our continued success. As part of our expansion plans, we offer a competitive salary and a supportive work environment. We currently have two engineers down in London and now looking to expand this with a further engineers, as well as also a junior engineer.

Key Responsibilities:

Repairing and maintaining a variety of air conditioning systems for commercial clients. Conducting routine inspections and diagnostics to identify system issues and provide effective solutions. Conducting regular maintenance checks and identifying faults Providing expert advice and guidance to clients Complying with health and safety regulations

Essential Qualifications / Experience:

NVQ level 2 refrigeration & AC or FGAS Certificate Driver’s Licence

Package:

Basic Salary up to £47,000 on a 40 hour week Paid door to door On-call payment Overtime x1.5 mon - sat Double time on Sundays and bank hols 25 days + 8 bank holiday Pension Scheme Smart Phone PDA Uniform Fuel card Van
