Project Manager

A well-known and established fit-out and refurbishment company is looking for a Project Manager to work in Northern Ireland.

Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans and budgets. Ensure work meets client specifications and manage resources effectively. Liaise with clients and resolve issues. Adhere to contractual conditions and minimize costs. Build client relationships and engage in value engineering. Maintain high safety standards and compliance with regulations.

Qualifications:

Relevant qualifications and a strong joinery background. Extensive experience in managing interior fit-out projects. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Sound commercial acumen and ability to work under pressure. Experience working in a high-pressure environment, with a proven track record of meeting deadlines and targets.
