Service Care Solutions are looking for a Multi Skills Construction Tutor to work within the Prison Service on a permanent basis.

Annual Salary: £30,722.81 to £37,059.79

Location: Hounslow and Sutton

We are seeking a Multi Skills Construction Trainer to deliver vocational training within the Offender Learning Sector. This role is an exceptional opportunity to make a profound impact on individuals’ lives by equipping them with the necessary skills for future employment. Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality vocational training in Multi Skills Construction across multiple sites. Engage with small groups of learners, preparing them for industry employment. Develop learners’ practical and theoretical skills, with a strong emphasis on health and safety standards. Collaborate with industry professionals to provide employment insights and inspire learner ambitions. Manage live projects to enhance the educational experience. Create tailored learning plans to meet individual learner goals and ensure readiness for employment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

At least 2 years of professional experience in Multi Skills Construction. Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy. Assessor and teaching qualifications are desirable. Ability to secure, hold, and maintain a clean, enhanced Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.
