Manufacturing wooden frames Use of heat sublimation presses Engraving medals and personalised gifts Customer service - serving customers and answering phones Picking and packing of orders, keeping up with lead times Completing orders on time to a high standard Keen eye for detail - quality control before shipping of orders

Training:
Lean manufacturing operative Level 2 (GCSE) Apprenticeship Standard Mentor on site  Regular Assessor visits  One day a week at Telford College

Training Outcome:
Full-time employment with career progression/opportunities

Employer Description:
Medal and military display specialists & medal mounting services.

Working Hours :
Monday - Friday between the hours of 8am and 5pm (hours to be discussed at interview).
