Early Years Educator Apprentice

Supporting children's learning and development Engaging children in fun and educational activities Ensuring a safe and stimulating environment Observing and recording children's progress Assisting with daily routines such as meals, nap times, and outdoor play Working closely with a team of experienced childcare professionals Minimum of 6-hours per week spent on apprenticeship work and training

Training:

Working towards your Early Years Educator Level 3 Qualification, you’ll attend monthly 1-2-1 meetings (online via teams every month - NO classroom OR college!) with your tutor and learn about modules including risk management, key person & attachment, learning & development, and more!  You will be given a minimum of 3-hours per week to complete any apprenticeship work (assignments, research, and projects) and will receive at least another 3-hours of training from your employer. All apprenticeship work and training is completed in the workplace, during working hours.

Training will include paediatric first aid qualification.

Training Outcome:

As with any apprenticeship opportunity - if you prove yourself to be a valuable member of the team there is a strong chance of a permanent post within the business.

The classrooms are bright, spacious and include a wide variety of resources and equipment which are developmentally appropriate, offering the opportunity for play and exploration. Their professional staff team are experienced, fully trained and qualified to look after children from 6 weeks up to 5 years in a nurturing, happy and fun environment. They establish excellent relationships with parents and work in partnerships to support the children to reach their full potential.

Working Hours :
Monday to Friday shifts between 8am and 6pm.
