The Role
This position is responsible for managing and optimizing air traffic operations in a complex and high stakes environment. You will apply your engineering expertise to enhance systems, improve safety protocols, and ensure seamless airspace management. Working within a multi-national defence organization, you will collaborate with top-tier professionals on mission critical aviation projects.

Criteria

Hold recognised professional qualifications in aviation, airport planning, or engineering. Must have PR or be an Australian Citizen Relevant tertiary qualifications Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Aerospace, Electrical, Systems, Mechatronics) OR Bachelor of Aviation CASA Class 3 Medical Certificate (Mandatory for all ATCs in Australia) Security Clearance Eligibility Experience in high-pressure aviation or defence environments Previous ATC licensing from an international authority (desirable not essential)

Must live in or be open to relocating to Canberra.
