APPRENTICE EARLY YEARS PRACTITIONER

Nursery Apprentices are contracted to the nursery company and are actively engaged in a workplace training scheme operated by an external company who visit the apprentice at regular intervals during their training Nursery Apprentices will support the nursery team in operation of the nursery facilities, to ensure high quality education and care is delivered To adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures and meet legislative requirements and following the Early Learning and Development Programme. To assist the staff team to create a safe, caring, and welcoming setting in which families are happy to entrust their child and where their child is encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment

Training:

Early Years Educator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard:

The Early Years Educator qualification will take place in the workplace delivered by a hybrid model, this will include face to face visits, webinars and meeting with the skills coach every four weeks

Training Outcome:
The successful candidate will have the option to complete other courses whilst in the role

Working Hours :
TBC by the employer. No weekend work or evening work.
