Process Engineer Apprentice

Organisational duties:

Adhere to company policy and standards Ensure adherence to workplace safety protocols and report hazards or incidents Participate in internal training sessions and seek guidance from senior staff Collaborate with team members in the laboratory and innovations department, and with colleagues in production, QA and engineering. 

Functional duties:

Asist the innocations engineer in gathering data on production processes and analyse it to identify trends, inefficiencies or area for improvment. Assist in identifying and resolving issues related to the production processes. Assist in running tests to evaluate process parameters and associated product quality. Proactively seek out and obtain knowledge on new processes, equipment and machinery. Support the team in process improvements under the guidance of senior staff. Assist in internal audits of production departments to ensure productivity standards are being met. Support production departments with correct and appropriate tooling and manufacturing aids.

Training:
The training will take place at Burnley College  The apprenitce will be enrolled on the Level 4 Engineering Manufacturing Technician

Training Outcome:
Upon successful completion of the apprenticeship, we aim to secure a permanent role within the company for our apprentices. There could also be opportunities for further development for those who show willing.

Working Hours :
Monday - Thursday, 8.00am - 5.00pm. Friday, 8.00am - 11.30am.
