Nurse Team Leader Location: Rochdale, Greater Manchester Salary: £22 per hour + Excellent Benefits Working Hours: 42 Hours per week The Client: Our client, part of the Care Group, specialises in providing tailored support to individuals with acquired brain injury and disorders. The Role: As a Registered Nurse Team Leader, you will lead and support a team in delivering high-quality rehabilitation services. Responsibilities: ? Supervise the delivery of person-centred clinical support and interventions. ? Manage resources efficiently to maintain and improve care quality. ? Conduct thorough assessments and prepare clinical reports. ? Collaborate with key professionals to implement guidance and protocols. ? Complete regulatory alerts and notifications accurately and promptly. ? Lead and support clinical team members, fostering development and performance. ? Manage medication and clinical interventions, adhering to policies and guidelines. ? Ensure compliance with the NMC Code of Practice. ? Maintain ongoing NMC registration and CPD. ? Demonstrate and uphold company values, ensuring safe, effective practices. ? Deputise for the Registered Manager as needed. Requirements: ? Previous experience working in a similar role. ? Experience in care settings as a Nurse or Clinical Nurse Lead. ? Registered Nurse Band 6 or above with an active PIN. ? Understanding of PEG, tracheotomy, and other clinical procedures. ? Familiarity with person-centred care and non-discriminatory practices. ? Knowledge of NMC codes of practice and regulatory responsibilities. ? Skilled in administrative tasks and computer literacy.
