Bank Senior Care Assistant

A leading Hampshire care home is now looking for a Senior Care Assistant (HCA) to come and join their staff bank, which will give you the option to pick up shifts as and when you want.

This home specialises in providing expert residential and dementia care in a truly luxurious environment. Purpose-built, the home was designed to be as accessible and comfortable as possible for residents with age- and memory-related needs, with contemporary interiors and the latest in assistive technologies, yet its charmingly coastal appearance and lovely gardens encourage familiarity and fit right into local surroundings. As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you’ll be supporting the more advanced elements of clinical care (such as medication and care planning) and supervising more junior members of the team in delivering top-level care.

Your help will ensure each resident gets the support they need even when there are absences, such as due to illness or annual leave.

This is a bank opportunity for a Senior Care Assistant (ad-hoc shifts).

 

Person specification:

(Essential) Previous professional experience as a Care Assistant in an elderly care setting(Essential) Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or equivalent)
