Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Property Solicitor role within an award-winning multi-service law firm that has their roots planted firmly in the local community across Greater Manchester. This role is to be based in their Bolton office although there is flexibility to work from home a few days a week also.

About the role

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to come in and join a fast growing and well-respected team to work on a mixed caseload of matters such as sales and purchases, L&T, auction properties and more complex properties including some agricultural.

You’ll be working within a close-knit team including a supportive Partner that you’ll benefit from their experience and contacts with the opportunity for them to develop your skills.

The team are extremely busy due to the variety of sectors their clients span so it’s an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing offering which could allow for your progression to be fast tracked.

About You

The successful candidate will ideally have 0-5 PQE within Commercial Property, is able to work well as part of a team and is looking to develop their career even further. If you are at an NQ level, you will have ideally have at least 6 months previous experience or have completed a seat within Commercial Property during your Training Contract.
