Analyse customer complaints and experienceOwn trust pilot, CACI, NPS/CSAT metricsAnalyse sales data and trendsDevelop Power BI dashboards and reportsPerform A/B testingPresent to CX and sales director
Key Skills
Past experience as data/business analystPower BISQL, excel and data visualisationDegree level education in statistics, mathematics, CX or computer science is preferrableSimilar experience
