Commercial Paralegal

Leading, award-winning law firm looking to recruit a Commercial Paralegal into their Manchester office.

Sacco Mann has been instructed on a Commercial Paralegal role within a firm that offers their employees a competitive salary for the area and fantastic development opportunities.
Within this Commercial Paralegal role, your day-to-day responsibilities may include:

Running your own caseload of matters including breaches of contract, franchising and licensing, Intellectual Property, outsourcing and terms and conditions
Supporting more senior staff members of their files on behalf of household brands
Preparing relevant documentation
Administration and diary management duties

The successful candidate will ideally have at least 6 months experience within Commercial law, has excellent client care skills and is ambitious with their long-term career goals.
