Commercial Lawyer

Service Care Legal are currently working alongside a government body, located in Bristol, which is in need of a skilled Commercial Lawyer to join their team.
ROLE: Commercial Lawyer
LOCATION: Bristol – hybrid working
CONTRACT: 6 months
RATE: £270per day Responsibilities:

Conduct both contentious and non-contentious work
Work in procurement law and advise on contractual litigation and contractual disputes
Advise on contractual interpretation, data protection and Freedom of Information requests
Prepare and advise on grants and funding agreements, Collaboration Agreements and Memorandum of Understandings

Requirements:

Qualified Lawyer with experience in public law, contract law, procurement, grants and funding
Ability to advise on contractual interpretation, data protection and Freedom of Information requests
Experience in preparing and advising on grants and funding agreements, Collaboration Agreements and Memorandum of Understandings
Ability to advise on contractual litigation and contractual disputes
Experience in managing a range of valued claims including Small Claims and Multi-Track high value disputes
