Manage daily operations across multiple restaurant locations.Ensure all stores meet the company’s operational standards and exceed financial goals.Lead, coach, and inspire teams to deliver outstanding service while maintaining a positive and productive work environment.Implement strategies to increase profitability, streamline operations, and maximize customer satisfaction.Regularly evaluate store performance, providing feedback and strategies for improvement.Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations.Foster strong community relations and represent the brand at local events.
The right Area Manager
Proven experience as an Area Manager or similar managerial role in the QSR or hospitality industry.Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage teams across multiple locations.Excellent communication, organizational, and decision-making skills.Proficiency in data analysis and performance/operation metrics.Familiarity with local market dynamics and consumer preferences in Newcastle and Sunderland.A passion for food and creating exceptional customer experiences.
