CBW has an excellent new opportunity for a lead electrical engineer to join an established FM company on a permanent basis.

This is a static position based in Edinburgh where you will be the lead on site for all FM duties.

This role is predominantly on the tools and requires you to have commercial maintenance experience and come from an electrical background.  Hours:08:00-16:30 Monday-Thursday08:00-13:00 FridayThis role involves no on call rota.  Key responsibilities: Provide leadership and motivation to the maintenance team in delivering the requirements of the service.Completing PPM schedules on small works and reactive repairs.

This will involve various skill sets, however you must be electrically qualified.
