Ideal Candidate:

Proven experience in a Managed Services Environment, with a focus on M365 and Azure.
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to excellence in customer service.
Excellent communication and project management abilities.
Relevant Microsoft certifications are highly desirable.


Remote based.
Paying up to 50k, depending on experience.
