We're actively seeking a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join us as an Internal Sales Engineer.

This role is integral to our sales success, involving the development of positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

The ideal candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, possesses excellent communication skills, and has a strong technical background.Responsibilities:

Answering general and technical enquiries, providing advice, assistance and support to customers and Area Engineers through various communication methods.
Qualifying incoming enquiries, developing calls and establishing potential business opportunities.

Obtain and process information for informed decision-making and offer preparation.
Utilising a bespoke CRM system to prepare quotations and technical bids.

Managing and maintaining projects, enquiries and company correspondence.
Generating necessary paperwork for quotations, orders and internal technical documents.
Securing appointments for field sales engineers.

Key Skills and Requirements:

Strong technical knowledge of instrumentation/engineering aptitude.
Ability to use, read and analyse technical terms, and explain technical issues effectively.
Good understanding of level control systems.
Mechanical or Electrical engineering degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in MS Windows and Microsoft Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
