Facilities Manager

CBW Staffing Solutions are recruiting for an experienced Facilities Manager to lead our end-client's team and ensure the environments are not just functional, but exceptional.

As a Facilities Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences of everyone who walks through the doors.Package:Competitive salary between £35,000 - £38,000 per annum (depending on experience) Core hours are Monday - Friday (40 hours per week) 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays Generous workplace pension scheme Training, development & progression opportunitiesResponsibilities:Manage all aspects of the client’s facilities, from maintenance and repairs to renovations and improvementsLead and motivate a team of maintenance staff, ensuring everyone works together seamlessly towards our goalsCultivate strong relationships with vendors and contractors to ensure high-quality services and cost-effective solutionsDevelop and oversee budgets for facility operations and capital projects, ensuring resources are allocated efficientlyEnsure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, maintaining a safe and healthy environment for all staffRequirements:Proven experience in facilities management or a related fieldStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teamsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesSolid understanding of building systems and maintenance best practicesDedication to delivering exceptional service and continuously improving our facilitiesInterested?
