Job SummaryAs the Deskside Support Engineer, you will provide on-site desktop support for end users, advising and assisting users in solving problems related to software, hardware and networks on a variety of products including laptops, desktops and mobile devices.
Other Duties include
Provide mobile device support
Software deployment
Provide hardware\software break fix support across a range of devices
Essential skills
Full UK Driving License
Due to having to obtain SC clearance you would need to be a British national
Software and hardware troubleshooting
Experience replacing parts on laptops and desktops
Support knowledge across Windows 7, 10 including O365
Active Directory experience
Experience of SCCM
Mobile device support experience
Desirable:
Active SC clearance
Hours08:00 – 17:30 Monday to Thursday
08:00 – 16:00 on Friday
