Handyperson - Darlington - Salary up to £27,000CBW have a fantastic new opportunity for a General Maintenance Operative to join a Global leader in real estate services.

The successful candidate will have experience in hard and soft services with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Key Responsibilities:Carpentry – hanging doors, new locks, architrave, window frames, boxing in, assembling furniture.Lighting (Lamping, etc).Emergency lighting tests.Painting & Decorating.Plumbing, Carpentry, Painting etc.Maintain and update Log booksAssist the maintenance team on site.Escort sub contractors.Requirements:Training and experience in one or more given trades such as heating/air conditioning, plumbing/boiler repair, electrical.Good communication skills.Possess leadership skills.Working knowledge of blueprints and electrical, HVAC and plumbing.Working knowledge of operation of heavy equipment.Ability to work cooperatively with others.Ability to troubleshoot problems and fix them.Full UK driving license essential.Occasional overtime and out of hours working may be required.Hours:Monday - Friday.08:00am - 17:00pm.Package:Salary of up to £27,000.25 days holiday + bank holidays.Overtime at 1.5 & 2.Company pension.Career progressionTo apply please send a copy of your CV to Aimee@cbwstaffingsolutions.com
