Supervising Social Worker

We are looking for a Supervising Social Worker for this “Outstanding rated” (Ofsted) organisation.



You must have a Diploma/Degree in Social Work and the right to work in the UK (no VISA sponsorship)

About the team
This organisation is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and is well known for working with a therapeutic approach to Fostering.

You'll be managing a small caseload of Foster Carers, offering support and working in partnership with creative solutions to reach the best outcomes for the looked after Children.

About you
The successful candidate will have experience of working within Children’s Social Work post qualification whilst having an up-to-date understanding of relevant legislation.

Fostering experience is not necessary but working in Children's Social Work and having a basic knowledge of Fostering is desired.
