He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in Electrical or mechanical building maintenance.

In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £46,000, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of workMonday to Friday, 07:00am to 16:00pm, 10.00am to 19.00pm Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
