Enquiry and order processing including,
Handling telephone enquiries in an efficient and effective manner,
Resolving queries in relation to price, stock availability, order progress, customer concerns and credit non-returns.
Training Outcome:
There may be an opportunity to gain a full time position after successful completion of this apprenticeship.

Working Hours :
37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm (8am to 1pm on Friday)
