Job Overview: The Customer Support Executive will be a vital member of the Client Services Division, whose primary goal is to keep our customers satisfied and delighted.

The role will initially be part of a remote team of 4 Customer Support Executives and will involve managing tickets through FreshDesk and solving customer issues through our own in-house bespoke CMS systems.
