Commercial Property Solicitor

This is a fantastic opportunity for a junior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a thriving regional firm in Liverpool at a pivotal time in the team’s growth.

This Legal 500 ranked team are one of the largest Real Estate Departments in the Northwest and work with blue chip companies, banks, pension funds, developers and investors, local authorities and registered providers of social housing across the UK.

This is an exciting time for a new person to join as the firm are hoping to recruit two Solicitors simultaneously to bolster the department offering.

To be ideal for this role, you will have between NQ and 4 years of experience as a Commercial Property Solicitor with an ambition to develop yourselves within a strong Commercially focused firm.

This role will see you working on a variety of high quality Real Estate files and interacting directly with major commercial clients and building key relationships in the market.
