Adults Social Worker

We are looking for an Adult's Social Worker to join the Older People and Physical Disabilities Team.
THIS POST REQUIRES A SOCIAL WORK QUALIFICATION OF A MINIMUM 2 YEAR POST EXPERIENCE.
About the team
This team works with vulnerable adults over the age 65+ within the community.

This team will support those that may have physical disabilities along with dementia.

Within this team there is responsibilities to attend face to face visits and work along side other supporting agencies for the best interest of the client.

There will be expectations as a social worker to contribute towards care packages, carry out the relevant assessments and carry out best interest decisions.
About you
A Social Work (Degree/DipSW/CQSW) within a minimum of 1 year post ASYE experience is required.

The successful candidate will have previous experience of working with relevant legislation.

Experience within complex care, Locality and Older People will be desired for this post.
