Provide personalised support to students with special educational needs (ASD) on an individual basisAssist in the implementation of customised learning plans and necessary accommodationsFoster a nurturing and inclusive classroom atmosphere, fostering the academic and social growth of the childWork closely with teachers and fellow staff to monitor progress and adjust support strategies as requiredMaintain effective communication with parents and caregivers, offering updates on the child's progress and addressing any concerns
Requirements:
Preferred experience working with children with special educational needsExceptional interpersonal skills for fostering positive relationships with children, colleagues, and parentsPatience, empathy, and a genuine commitment to impacting young learners' lives positivelyDedication to ongoing professional development, embracing new strategies and techniques
