Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer – Monday to Friday – Commercial Estate – Kings Cross, North London - £44,000 Per annumMy client is looking for a Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer based on a commercial estate near Kings Cross.

The successful candidates will be Electrically or Mechanically biased (C&G / NVQ) with a proven track record in commercial building maintenance.

Working with the maintenance team on site.

He or she will be required to carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance to the following.

Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesLighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast's, Control panel, Power distribution, pro logic lighting)Emergency lightingAir Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Chillers - Re-setWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing - Unblocking toiletsBMS System - Monitor (i.e.
