Supervising Social Worker

A 5 times “Outstanding” Ofsted rated Therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency are looking for Supervising Social Worker to join their team in Norfolk.

This is a full-time and permanent position and the company offer a 9 day fortnight and hybrid working.


You will be given full Therapeutic training and be enrolled to have qualifications in Therapeutic fostering.

You will be overseeing a small, manageable caseload and work for one of the highest rated fostering agencies in the country.


You will participate in foster carer reviews and will assess and identify training needs of foster carers.
