In return the company is offering a competitivesalary up to £38,000 with a potential route into further career progression.Key duties & Responsibilities:● Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)● Emergency lighting tests● Control Panels● Changing Ballast● BMS System - Monitor (i.e.

Hot & cold)● Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance● Maintain and update Log books● To ensure that planned preventative maintenance and associated work isimplemented efficiently to specified requirements and provide assistance withimproving these requirements on a continuous basis.● To communicate all necessary information regarding breakdown problems,alteration to planned preventative maintenance and technical informationrequiredRequirements:● Electrically or mechanically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)● Electrically or mechanically qualified – City and Guilds level 3 (Desirable)● Must be able to pass a DBS check or have a current DBS (Essential)● Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates● A proven track record in commercial building maintenance● Multi-skilled● Good communication skills● Client Facing Hours of Work & Package Information:● Basic Salary of up to £38,000● Monday – Friday● 08:00am – 17:00pm ● Call out● 25 days holiday + Bank Holidays● Company Van & Fuel Card● Full company uniform● Overtime available (time and half weekdays and Saturday, double time onSundays)● Training and development● Gym flex/discount● Eye Care = £25 towards Eye test and £100 towards glasses
