Residential Conveyancing Solicitor

Long-established, regional law firm seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with a to join their reputable law firm.
As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of Residential Property transactions, ensuring legal compliance and providing high-quality service to their clients.
This role offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive team and contribute to the success of the Residential Conveyancing department, working on a varied caseload including sales and purchases, new build properties and remortgages with the minimum of supervision.


The successful candidate will ideally have 5+ years’ PQE, previous experience in unregistered titles, leaseholds, and transfers of part, is confident in their own ability and has excellent client care skills.
