ServiceNow Project Manager / Team Leader

A leading ServiceNow Partner are looking to hire a ServiceNow Team Leader / Scrum Master to spearhead a major transformation project centred around an on-premises ServiceNow implementation that integrates various ServiceNow modules.

This role involves managing projects that encompass Service Management, Enterprise Asset Management, SPM, and innovative Now-based development from the ground up.Responsibilities
Craft and oversee the project work plan, monitor progress, and address issues, including platform support.Engage with all key stakeholders regularly to update them on progress.Collaborate with customers and the change team to ensure the development of appropriate solutions.Aim for continual improvement in product delivery and business services.Uphold Service Management standards within the support and change teams.Coordinate with product owners and SMEs to ensure project objectives are precisely interpreted by the change team.Monitor epics and backlogs to oversee the project portfolio’s progress.Work closely with stakeholders, project leads, and architects to ensure timely issue resolution and maintain delivery momentum.Recognise and convey the interdependencies within projects, prioritising tasks effectively within the ServiceNow change programme.
Background and Experience
Proven success in managing and implementing ServiceNow projects.A UK national eligible for security clearance up to at least SC level.Experience managing teams across multiple locations.Deep knowledge of ITIL processes including Incident, Change, and Problem Management.A commitment to a customer-centric approach in all tasks.Strong interpersonal skills to foster relationships and propel initiatives at senior levels.Exceptional leadership and team-building prowess, capable of managing diverse multi-disciplinary teams.Ability to communicate complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive levels.Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal.
