Band 7 Occupation Therapist

Are you an Occupational Therapist wanting to work Hybrid? Do you have previous experience supporting Young People with Autism or Learning Difficulties?Service Care Solutions are working with North-East London NHS Foundation Trust to recruit a Band 7 Occupational Therapist to support Young People who suffer from Mental Health Issues such as ASD and Learning Difficulties.

The contract duration is for 3 months with the likelihood of extension.

This is a full-time placement, although part-time hours can be considered.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5.Shifts: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00 (Hybrid working available) Location: Wood Street Health Centre, Walthamstow, E17 3LA Pay: £26.16 PAYE p/h Bonus: £250 Sign-Up BonusJob Purpose – Band 7 Occupational TherapistKey Responsibilities

Provide assessment of new referrals to the service.

Identifying needs and developing treatment plans for patients who have a range of mental health conditions.
Conduct interventions and assess new referrals to support young people with ASD or Learning Difficulties and their families in the specific client group of having Care Education and Treatment Reviews (CETR).
Aiming to support the client to participate in activities of daily living and to remain in community settings.

Requirements

Occupational Therapy qualification
HCPC Registration
UK Driving License and Access to Own Method of Transport
