My client is a top tier law firm seeking a New Build Conveyancer to join their Property Development team in Manchester.

As a New Build Conveyancer, you will be responsible for a caseload of high-volume Plot Sales from reservation to completion to include preparation of contracts, transfers, completion statements and compliance.

The ideal candidate must have previous experience of residential conveyancing and/or plot sales.
