Through the effective and timely setting and operating of the machinery, you will ensure that machines are set so all components are set to scale of company quality standards. CNC MillerMain Responsibilities
Set up and operate CNC milling machine to perform machining operations on a 3 axis machineMonitor and adjust machine settings to ensure quality productionInspect finished products for accuracy and qualityTroubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machinesCollaborate with engineers to optimize manufacturing processesMaintain documentation of CNC programs and machine settings

Proficient in CNC MillingExperience with Fanuc controlsPrevious experience of working in a fast-paced engineering / manufacturing organisationApprenticeship in engineering or equivalent experienceStrong mathematical skills for performing basic calculationsProficient in the use of hand tools for machine setup and adjustmentPro-active, energetic, resilient and flexible
