Corporate Solicitor

International, full-service law firm looking to recruit an experienced Corporate Solicitor into their Cheltenham offices.
Sacco Mann has been instructed on an Corporate Solicitor role within a well-regarded legal practice.
As a Corporate Solicitor, you will be working on a caseload of acquisitions and disposals, contract drafting, management Buy In or Buy Out, Trademark matters and data protection.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Solicitor to gain exposure to a mixture of high-quality work.

The successful candidate will ideally have 2-5 years’ PQE within Corporate law and can display excellent organisational, client care and communication skills as well as a keen eye for detail and a passion for all they do.
