The role

As a Production Engineer You will be part of the Falmouth Hub production team, based in Cornwall, at our world leading workshop.

At Falmouth we design, build, and maintain our assets and drilling equipment.

You will be the interface between a range of teams which includes design, procurement, workshops, subcontract manufacturers and suppliers; working closely with each department to ensure all production activities are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.

We are looking for a production engineer that enjoys working across multiple departments and can communicate effectively, continuously problem solving and providing solutions to ensure the department are adding value to the services they provide.

You will take ownership and assist on several innovative and exciting projects.

You will liaise and collaborate with Project Managers, Operational Staff, and Suppliers, on technical and commercial issues.

Who we’re looking for:

Experience as a Production Engineer, in manufacturing or similar background
Someone who has clear communication skills
Someone who is a motivated self-starter
Someone who is customer focused.
