Painter - Chelmsford

Job type: Painter & Decorator Pay rate: £15.52 Hours paid: 35 per week Location: Chelmsford Area (Essex)The job role will involve:

measuring surface areas and working out how much paint or wall covering is needed
stripping off old wallpaper or layers of paint
filling holes and cracks and making sure surfaces are level
covering surfaces with primer and undercoat
applying coats of paint
hanging wallpaper
adding special finishes like glazes or marbling
tidying up after finishing
cleaning tools and equipment

Candidate Requirements

NVQ / C&G or Timeserved (Level 2 Qualification Desirable)
UK Driving Licence
Previous Experience (4+ years) Working in Domestic Settings
