Job Title              Head of Projects Salary:                 £65,000 + BenefitsLocation:            LondonA fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head of Projects to join a leading hospitality operator at one of their largest London sites.

If you have a wealth of experience in high-volume operations but are looking for more work life balance, then this is the role for you!You will be responsible for overseeing the planning and delivery of multiple projects at once, so we are looking for a strategic thinker, with excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.

You will create and implement initiatives to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation within the organisation.Key responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects simultaneouslyCoordinate cross-functional teamsDevelop comprehensive project plans including budget managementMonitor project progress, identifying potential risks or issuesDevelop and implement change management strategies to drive efficiencyAssess current processes, systems, and practices to identify opportunities for improvementBuild and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
Skills and Experience:
Commercially focused with a strong understanding of high-volume operationsExperienced in delivering projects or complex initiativesFinancially astuteProven record of delivering improvement across guest experience and operational efficiencyData driven in their approachExcellent problem solving skillsHas an eye on the future!
