Early Help Officer
The company is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Early Help Officer to join their team.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing early help services to families in need.
Job Responsibilities:

Provide early help services to families in need
Assess the needs of families and develop support plans
Work closely with partner agencies to provide a coordinated approach to service delivery
Contribute to the development and delivery of training programmes for professionals and families
Ensure that all work is carried out in line with relevant policies, procedures and legislation

Requirements:

Experience of working with children, young people and families
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage a complex workload
Knowledge of relevant policies, procedures and legislation
A relevant qualification in social work, early years or a related field



Working Hours and Rate:
Full time role working Monday - Friday 9am-5pm which is currently paying £19.00ph!
