Job Title: Assistant Regional Chief EngineerLocation: Amsterdam, NetherlandsSalary: €4,500 - €5,000 gross per monthThis well known, cool and authentic hotel in Amsterdam has a magnificent opportunity for an Assistant regional Chief Engineer. As an Assistant regional Chief Engineer, you will ensure quick reparations or planned maintenance is done to always ensure the best experience for their guests.

Responsible for the maintenance of the buildings across the regionPerform daily checks around the hotelEnsure operating and test fire alarm systems, sprinkler installations, electrical, plumbing and mechanical are working properlyEnsure good relationships are built with internal and external customerManaging requests promptly, effectively, respectfully and with a caring attitudeDiagnose, maintain, and repair mechanical equipment within the hotelImplement and direct all emergency programs
What you bring:
Previous experience as a Shift Engineer or Assistant Engineer in a hotel or a similar settingGood understanding of plantroom equipment for example, HVAC systems, Fire alarm, and sprinkler installationsPrevious experience with BMS - PRIVA is preferrableElectrical, mechanical, and plumbing experience is desiredYou have a good understanding of different types of building materials.
