Residential Development Solicitor

Award-winning, well-respected law firm looking to recruit a Residential Development Solicitor into their South Manchester offices.

Within this Residential Development Solicitor role, your main responsibilities may include:

Running your own caseload from start to finish on Residential Development matters on behalf of individual landlords, private developers and national housebuilders ranging in scale and complexity
Contribute strategic growth to the overall firm
Development of own network
Business Development Initiatives
Providing advice to clients on sales, purchases, leasing, mortgages and development

The successful candidate will ideally have between 1-6 years PQE within Residential Development law, be an expert in their field and be looking to contribute to the overall reputation of the team.
