In this role, you will have the backing of the firm's resources and robust client base to build up the employment practice in the Leeds office.

You'll be able to target existing firm clients while leveraging your own contacts.
With business development skills and technical expertise, you can shape the firm's employment law offering in Leeds.

They provide a range of complementary services like pensions and tax to serve client needs and this opportunity could suit someone either within a large national or international practice whose clients are struggling with the pricing structure but still want a sophisticated service, or alternatively someone at a smaller firm whose work is outgrowing the wider offer that practice has.
