This entails cultivating qualified leads leading to scheduled tours for our sales team.

The role involves prospecting for new business via diverse channels and advocating the services and merits offered by the company.Primary Responsibilities:
Expand the sales pipelineEngage and vet inbound leads, generating sales opportunities for the sales teamProactively seek, engage, and follow up with prospectsInitiate contact with potential clients through various channels (telephone, LinkedIn, email, etc.)Arrange meetings or calls between potential clients and Account ExecutivesMake a strong initial impression on prospects by comprehending their requirementsServe as the initial point of contact for new business prospects, strategizing next steps for each prospect's progressionCultivate active communication and involvement with prospects to cultivate new leads and sales prospectsCollaborate with marketing teams to introduce innovative lead generation strategies
Requirements:The ideal candidate possesses:
